The Official Language School in Monforte de Lemos has been operating in this town in Galicia since 1991. With 10 classrooms, it teaches classes in German, French, English and Italian. They needed a device that would meet their multimedia content projection needs, but that did not require complicated installations. Many teams would facilitate their transport between different spaces.

For this reason, at the end of last year they installed a 75-inch Clevertouch V interactive monitor in their library, which they use for the book club, conferences with webex and also other educational activities. And, in some specific cases, it is moved to one of the classrooms thanks to its support with wheels. "We chose it for its image quality, which makes it ideal for viewing fragments of ideas or videos," says Rosa María Quiroga, director of the Official School of Languages . In the same way, he emphasizes that thanks to him they avoid others, they avoid having “so many devices”, as happens in other classrooms that have projectors, projection screens and digital whiteboards.

complete solution
Clevertouch interactive monitors are a complete end-to-end solution, easy to use, easy to install and designed to withstand more than 50,000 hours of use. In addition, they are low maintenance and do not require a permanent subscription, as they come with free applications and software designed to meet the requirements of the curriculum, helping to deliver more engaging lessons.

In fact, they include Cleverstore, a free app store with over 100 full version, ad-free, education-specific apps.
The V-series interactive monitors, in particular, feature whiteboard mode using the Note app, a built-in internet browser, and have subscription-free access to the Lynx Whiteboard , Clevermaths, and Snowflake. When a PC is connected, the V Series offers a complete solution for the classroom. “We have also chosen these devices because the lighting in the room doesn't matter; they always have a good image quality that makes it easier for students to take notes,” explains Quiroga. This is so thanks to its screen with 4K resolution and anti-glare glass.

For all teachers
The 13 teachers of the official language center have access to the monitor to use it every day of the week in the library. And they have received training with the basic notions by the AV installer himself, IPR .- IPR- Solutions - Papelería Reigada (Iago Sánchez), "with whom we have been working for years and we are very happy with his professionalism, work and advice ", comments the director.

And although it counts that there is still much to discover to optimize its use, including this tool in classes has been very well received by both teachers and students.
