The Center for Innovation and Development of Nursing and Physiotherapy of the Balearic Islands (CIDEFIB) is a project that was born within the union organization SATSE in 2007. Nursing and physiotherapy professionals who are trained in this department use Clevertouch V interactive monitors of 86” in their training courses.

The equipment, which has been supplied by Charmex through its technological partner Sistemas Técnicos y Consulta , has had a positive impact on the students thanks to the intuitive LUX user interface, as explained by the Center's Management.

“We chose this product because it is the best on the market. We use it for teaching and for broadcasting from the cameras in the basement”, highlights Sergio Tortosa Espinola, a teacher from the CIDEFIB Technical Department.

In addition, as Tortosa indicates, “The interaction with the monitors has been fantastic. The two most important improvements that have resulted from our work with Clevertouch are the positive impact this type of technology has on students and its ease of use.”

This all-in-one solution allows for easy installation, 4K, and with built-in Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, giving you the ability to work without a PC. Manufactured with great robustness for demanding environments, it is designed to withstand more than 50,000 hours of use.

With whiteboard mode using the Note app, an integrated internet browser, and subscription-free access to Lynx, Clevermaths, and Snowflake MultiTeach. By connecting to PC, the V Series offers a complete solution for the classroom.

As part of the after-sales service, the Technical Systems and Consultation team and Charmex have given training to teachers. So up to now "no obstacle has been presented to us to teach classes with this solution."

CIDEFIB provides continuing education to its more than 3,800 affiliates that have been growing exponentially in recent years. And it accumulates more than 900 training activities with accreditation by different official bodies, such as the Continuing Education Commission, Universitat de les Illes Balears.

The goal of the future center is to provide a space designed and dedicated to continuous quality training and professional development for nurses and physiotherapists, following the training line initiated and promoted by the SATSE.

Hand in hand with its mission to consolidate itself as a benchmark center in the development of professional-focused training activities, the department team aims to offer "more and more training with the best applied technology".
